Hey! Sorry about the posting delay. I spent yesterday getting Copic Certified!!! (Whoo Whooo!) I'm adding a new list to our Scrappy Sunday Best of the Blogosphere -- it's the "Thumbs Up!" list. It's a Shout Out list for our scrappers. I thought it was time to have our own way of praising those amazing, above and beyond pages -- you know, the ones you book mark and go back to time and time again.
For our Scrappy Sunday Challenge this week, we have some fun news, so I'll turn the "mic" over to Jen....
Wow! Can you believe it's already October!?!? Crazy, huh? This week's
sketch should be an easy one for ya - I kept it pretty simple with very
few layers (feel free to add them). I'd like to add an optional "bonus
challenge" for you to include some interesting title work on your page,
making it a focal point of your layout. (See my sample for inspiration).
Here's the sketch:
If you play along, be sure to use the tag sb100409 (all lower case) so we can find your layouts to pull into the gallery! And remember, all forms of scrapbooking - traditional, digi and hybrid are welcome!! As always, feel free to flip or rotate the sketch or add or remove layers as needed, just as long as the original layout design is recognizable!!
And here's my sample:

Now, onto the Best of the Blogosphere Scrapbooking lists. Remember these lovely little boxes don't show up in Google Reader, so if you can't see them, click on over to my site and they will magically appear. (When you see the boxes, there is a small "read more" in the bottom, right hand corner... click it and you can see the list with pictures as a web page!)
Thumbs Up!

Congrats on getting your certification! I go at the end of October and just can't wait! :D
